These Points should be kept in Mind for the Matter of Interest of Employees

Basically, there are three types of objectives or goals associated with a company or the firm doing business in the socio-cultural environment or the society. They are namely organizational objective, social objective, and personal objective, but we will discuss them sometime later. Today we will be pondering on the personal objectives or goals of the employees that are undermined by the various employers because they are more inclined in achieving organizational objectives or goals. I think that employees develop better when they are provided with some free space. People think that Mr. Shailesh Rajpal, Founder, and Director of Rajpal Group of Companies is the fastest growing businessman in Central India, but they do not look how freely I let my employees develop and grow. There are 3 basic things we should assure in order to provide the better matter of interests of the employees: -

·     FREE REIGN SPACE: - The employees of the firm or the company should be provided with some free space, besides achieving the organizational objectives. This helps the employees to develop, grow, and compete in the complex modern working environment.

EQUALITY BETWEEN THE EMPLOYEES: - Every employee should be treated with equality and with the same standards. There shouldn’t be any kind of favoritism or the soft corner for some and the opposite feelings for the other employees.

INVOLVEMENT IN THE FIRM: - Every employee should be given some responsibility in order to make them feel involved in the company or the firm and integrate their innovation, creativity in a constructive as well as productive way.

I want people to see me as Shailesh Rajpal, the best company director and that’s the reason I try to improve myself every time and any time.
